Hello Andrew - bunk beds are all TESTED for 400 lbs of distributed weight for short time but this of course does not mean a 400 pound person can use the bed day in and day out. There are no guidelines for bunkbeds beyond the test but in general a good recommendation would be 200 pounds maximum.
